🏖 PORTUGAL BEACH OVERVIEW : Praia Alagoa (Altura)

It is an oceanic beach located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Castro Marim, bathed by the Atlantic Ocean.

Praia da Alagoa, also known as Praia de Altura, has a very long beach with about 2.3 km.

To the west, is the Ribeira do Álamo, whose banks are the point of concentration of numerous bird species.

In the central area, there is a canal from a lagoon just over 500 meters from the bathing area.

This is a busy beach during the summer.

The access is made by National Road 125, leaving in Altura to south.

Morning walk to the Spain boarder along the beach, shells collections and internal understanding that life is beautiful and rich, made my day and I took a decision.

This is a place for charging my energy and weekend anti-stress solution just 3 hours drive from Lisbon.

I loved the place from the first view. Big, light, cozy, family spot in small Portugues village - Altura. Looks like, life was stopped there on 70th or 80th.
