Terms of employment: 2 years contract ; 45 hours /week depending the season ; accommodation provided into a single / share room at a cost of 90 -100 euro /week ; meals provided on duty ; salaries are depending on experience 13-15 euro gross/hour , tips around 100-150 euro / week

REQUIREMENTS: Min 2-3 year experience into a similar position into a busy gastro pub or casual dining restaurant; experience in preparing European and International cuisine is mandatory ; a very good English required

Contractul details: full time contract; 3 meals provided per day / on and off duty, shared accommodation provided free of charge; utilities provided free of charge; 21 days paid holiday ; starting salary 650 usd net /month and increasing every year with 50 usd/month ; starting date : as soon as possible
Task / daily duties : to work by rotation in different sections or on the section were the applicant is the most experienced : vegetable/ mise en place preparation, work on the pantry/meat, cleaning the work station ; assist in preparation in pastry/bakery station , salads, grill, fryer .
