Just finished working on an article about the magnificent Romanian Parliament Building in Bucharest! 🇷🇴😍 This colossal structure is the second-largest administrative building in the world, after the Pentagon, and it took more than a decade to build. Can you believe that it has over 1.000 rooms, some of which are decorated with impressive artworks and luxurious materials? 😮 The building used to be known as the People's Palace during the communist era, but now it houses the Romanian Parliament, as well as museums, conference halls, and other institutions. The views from the terrace are stunning too, especially at sunset! 🌇 Have you been to Bucharest? What's your favorite landmark there?

Știați că în urma vizitării acestei podgorii mulți turiști consideră Dealu Mare drept „Toscana românească”?
O excursie liniștită printre dealurile și colinele acestei podgorii presărate cu plantații de viță-de-vie oferă o imagine minunată a frumuseții acestui areal viticol.

Deși acestea sunt soluri tinere, neevoluate, pare că acestea se potriveasc de minune cu soiurile roșii autohtone precum Fetească Neagră și Negru de Drăgășani sau superstar-uri internaționale precum Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot și Syrah. Dealu Mare produce și niște vinuri albe de excepție, precum cele realizate din Tamâioasa Românească sau varietățile de Fetească.

The great thing about this area is that it is distinguished by a complex and highly varied array of soils. EN: With a fairly small cultivable area - about 15,000 ha, it's just about 12 km. across at its widest point and 65 km. at its longest, Dealu Mare is only 1/8 the size of Bordeaux!
We may say that although it’s small in size it is big in reputation, as it is one of the most renowned wine-growing regions in Romania.
RO: Cu o suprafață cultivabilă destul de mică - aproximativ 15.000 ha, sunt doar aproximativ 12 km. peste în punctul său cel mai lat și 65 km. în cel mai lung, Dealu Mare reprezintă doar 1/8 din dimensiunea renumitei Bordeaux!
Deși este de dimensiuni mici, reputația podgoriei este mare, fiind una dintre cele mai renumite regiuni viticole din România.

ITA: Con una superficie coltivabile abbastanza piccola - circa 15.000 ha, sono solo circa 12 km. attraverso nel suo punto più largo e 65 km. nel punto più lungo, Dealu Mare è solo 1/8 delle dimensioni di Bordeaux!
Possiamo dire che, sebbene sia di piccole dimensioni, ha una grande reputazione, poiché è una delle regioni vinicole più rinomate della Romania.

Chociaż jest niewielki, ma dużą reputację, ponieważ jest jednym z najbardziej znanych regionów winiarskich w Rumunii.

EN: Barrel aging is a tricky process and it represents an important part of the so-called ''élevage''.
We believe this process is similar to art, during this process you can achieve wine's full potential, or you can make some excellent material for vinegar ;).
Today we feel like sharing some photos of the ''élevage'' process from some wineries in Dealu Mare. We're more than confident that this wine is in good hands and every bottle you try will be as good as it can be!


RO: Îmbătrânirea vinului în butoi este un proces destul de dificil și reprezintă o parte importantă a așa-numitului „élevage”.
Suntem convinși că acest proces este asemănător artei.
Astăzi vă împărtășim câteva imagini din cadrul procesului de ''élevage'' de la unele crame din Dealu Mare. Suntem mai mult decât încrezători că acest vin este pe mâini bune și fiecare sticlă pe care o veți încerca va fi cât se poate de bună!

Dzisiaj mamy ochotę podzielić się kilkoma zdjęciami procesu „élevage” z niektórych winnic w Dealu Mare. Jesteśmy bardziej niż pewni, że to wino jest w dobrych rękach, a każda butelka, którą spróbujesz, będzie tak dobra, jak to tylko możliwe!
