All Participants:
The Good-news is that we have enough room/space at the COMICS-CLUB (the Venue) so that we will be able to set-up a line of tables dedicated for you to be able to promote your merchandise. This is a heads-up to produce or bring with your Art catalogs, Albums, Stickers, t-shirts personalized with your art, etc so that your colleagues or our paying visitors could purchase from you. Also, on the 16th AUG. the official Last Day of CaricatuRO-CON'23 we will invite the "civilians", people of Bucharest to meet you, under the name OPEN DOORS DAY, where they should also be interested in buying stuff signed by you...we will dedicate the time-framework and create the the meeting place called the "Artists ALLEY ". We should have a TV appearance where we will underline how rare it is for them to directly meet you, we will also mention what Big Names we expect.
-The starting hour of this event should be 11:11am (Opening of the Art Exhibition, Awards Ceremony and and the ARTISTS ALLEY were you can draw LIVE and Sell Signed Stuff). We should stop all Work at 18:00 when we will head for the wonderful (SUPRISE !!) Restaurant where we will have the Farewell DINNNER.
-remember: on the 17th we have the Touristic Day Trip to the BRAN Castle in TRANSYLVANIA, where Art will take a day-off and Adventurous Community Building will take 1st place. You could think to join this bus-trip, and buy your plane tickets with this extra-day in mind!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This announcement is published here , on the CaricatuRO FB Page, in English, just for you (the professionals) (NO NEED to SHARE yet). This is just a head-up, to give you have time to produce Merchandise. When we get closer to the convention days, we will publish something similar, translated in Romanian Language, so that Romanian citizens would learn of the wonderful opportunity to meet you.
