Un suflet mare care ne-a umplut inimile cu bucurie de fiecare data cand mergeam sa vizitam Apusenii in zona Garda de Sus a plecat la Domnul asta seara.
Draga noastra doamna Utza, unde mergeam cu clientii sa ne odihnim si sa ne hranim, si noi ca si ghizi sa ne "spalam pacatele" d**a o zi lunga de vara, caci d**a ce gustau musafirii din dragostea ce-o punea in bucate, nu mai aveau incotro decat sa ne ierte pentru orice neplacere posibila, si sa se aseze-n tihna recunostintei si a verdelui ierbii, proaspat cosita de nea' Traian cu sarguinta unui motz.
Vei ramane vesnic in amintirea si sufletele noastre! Pentru mine ai fost mama mea din tara motilor!
Dumnezeu sa te aiba intru Imparatia Sa!
A great soul that filled our hearts with joy each time we went to visit Apuseni in Garda de Sus passed away last night.
Our dear Utza, where we would go with our clients to rest and nurture our body and soul after a full summer day, and for us as guides “wash away our sins”, because after our guests tasted from the love she used to put in her dishes, they weren’t able but to forgive us for any possible inconvenience, and to rest in the peace of gratitude that filled their hearts and the green of fresh cut grass, carefully mowed with the diligence of an authentic peasant from the Apuseni Mountains.
You will always remain in our memories and heart! For me you have been my mother from The Motilor Land! May God have you in Thy Kingdom!
