"more than half (52 percent) of employees can’t recite their organization’s vision, and nearly half (49 percent) can’t recite their organization’s values."

Why is that?
We are not fans of reciting for sure, however, we wonder if those people knew the fundamentals of their company’s vision.
Is it because it’s a fracture between the vision and the way it is currently addressed in the reality? Is it because in some cases, it is perceived as…”just words”?

Emerging Europe has opened the application process for the Emerging Europe Awards, which recognize excellence and good practice in 23 countries, across a dozen categories divided into three groups: image building, social and economic growth.

The application process is free of charge and the awards ceremony will take place on 22 June at the EBRD head quarters in London.

Il cunosti, dar permiti sa-ti fie furat sentimentul respectului pentru sacru anul acesta? Suntem aici ca asta sa nu se intample!

Sa construim impreuna mecanismele reglabile necesare realitatii in devenire pentru o Romanie prospera, cu oameni puternici, inovativi, fericiti, sanatosi, morali si educati in spiritul valorilor constructive si profund umane, intre care sa ne regasim!

Aceia dintre voi care s-au aratat interesati de procesul selectiei pentru premiul constand in 3 sesiuni Next I Level complimentary au fost informati personal despre finalitate.

Pentru oricine are inca o intrebare nerostita pe subiect :) ... selectia a fost prelungita datorita diverselor perioade de vacanta, insa alegerea finala s-a dovedit relativ evidenta.

Aplicatia unei antreprenoare mamici s-a evidentiat in mod deosebit, atat in scris cat si in cadrul intalnirii de follow-up, prin motivatia puternic articulata de a beneficia de sesiuni de coaching spre a desteleni procesul de a-si duce startup-ul la urmatorul nivel.
Ne bucuram sa ii fim alaturi in continuare!
