Passengers travelling to Turkey (except transit passengers and passengers under 6 years old) that will enter Turkey as of March 15,2021, must submit online the Ministry Of Health Of Turkey Traveler Entry Form via https://register.health.gov.tr/ within last 72 hours prior to their flights.
The information will be checked at the origin point of the travel (as mobile display or hard copy) for all passengers traveling to Turkey.
Passengers who do not fill out the online form (except transit passengers and passengers under 6 years old) will have to fill the online form prior to their flights.
Passengers who cannot fill in the online form due to illness, old age or foreign language problems, and in exceptional cases such as lack of internet / infrastructure at the airport, time shortage, will be admitted to the flight by informing them that they must fill the online form in the plane if there is WIFI on the plane or at the airport upon arrival.

According to the measures taken by the authorities, passengers that are 6 years and older are required to submit a negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result done within the last 72 hours prior to their entrance to Turkey before their flights. Those who don’t submit negative test result will not be accepted to flight. PCR tests can be accepted both as hard copy or online.
Exemptions from PCR test;
PCR test requirement does not apply to transit passengers who are connecting through Turkey for a flight to another country. Transit passengers will be accepted to the flight according to the rules of the final destination country.
- Passengers with hold luggage; transfer flight has to be with company which has Interline/Codeshare agreement with Pegasus Airlines,
- Passengers with hand luggage; provided onlinecheck-in for all companies,

Required Documentation
All guests travelling to Turkey will be issued with a Passenger Locator Form during their flight which they must fill out on-board before arriving in Turkey.
Other Entry Requirements
All guests aged over two years old must wear a face mask at the airport, and during all flights, to, from and within Turkey.
Guests travelling to and from Turkey will only be allowed to bring on board one small under seat sized bag (such as a handbag, laptop, or bag of baby items) no larger than 45cm x 36cm x 20 cm. If your cabin bag is larger than this, it will not be permitted on board and will need to be dropped off during check-in, provided it is within your standard cabin bag allowance of a maximum of 8kg.

Istanbul Airport has a global position in terms of simplifying arrival and departure procedures, especially in the current period,
Starting from 30.12.2020: all international passengers over six years old arriving in Turkey via air travel will have to present a negative PCR test result within the last 72 hours.
Transfer flight passengers also should show a negative test result if they need to reclaim their baggage or enter the country for any reason (non-connecting flights).
Transfer flight passengers do not have to give test result if they stay in-transit area and not leaving it till their next flight ( connecting flights)
Tourists from South Africa, or Denmark should declare their residency address and stay in isolation for at least seven days in Turkey in addition to the negative PCR test result.
Tourists from United Kingdom are temporarily not allowed to enter Turkey.
