Hi all! I’m Lilia, live in Ulan-Ude and traveled around the world last 4 years. Understanding how difficult may be travelling to the places where nearly nobody can speak English, I want to help you =)
I organize budget trips to wonderful places of Buryatia, fascinating lake Baikal and can help with buying cheap trans siberian train tickets. Here, close to Ulan-Ude there is something special to see - kind of immortal lama Itigilov (google for more info) - he went to Nirvana in 1927 but his body is still here (not like Lenin=) and declared to be not a subject of decay..Itigilov’s datsan really worth visiting (P.S. President Putin visited Itigilov several times and spent many hours in face-to-face sessions)
