These divisions cooperate either together to execute turnkey projects or independently to execute projects in their respective specialties. Elevating Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) to new heights!

Our proud project encompasses the meticulous dismantling and demolition of existing chillers and primary pumps, transported to SANS high quarters with precision crane works. Now, we're seamlessly installing high-efficiency 163 TR York chillers, executing chilled water piping works, and integrating York Air Handling Units (39TR Capacity) with neoprene vibration isolators.

HN's Mechanical Team is delighted to provide an update on the esteemed project underway at Hotel Ajyad Al-Jewar-Makkah.

Phase 1:

During this stage, we are currently implementing a cutting-edge rental chiller (170TR) for a duration of 5 months, complemented by comprehensive electrical work.

Phase 2:

Moving forward, we will disassemble the rental chillers and commence the installation of new units. This phase includes the expansion of a 250-liter tank, and the skillful modification of piping networks & chiller and pump hookup works along with electrical works, all in close collaboration with Johnson Controls. Mechanical team of HN has secured another chiller replacement job where one York chiller (220TR) will replace the existing old chiller at Al Sharaq Factory in Riyadh.

The work involves fabrication and installation of pipes and valve assembly. Electrical cables and disconnect switch will be installed to power up new chiller.

We are delighted to announce securing another mega energy project at highly sensitive site; Ministry of Interior.
BMS system will be upgraded for entire site. The scope of work involves installation & termination of DDC panels, various kind of sensors, actuators and control valves.
The whole HVAC system (including chillers, AHUs, exhaust fans, VAV's, PACU's) will be controlled via centralized system to increase the efficeincy and save precious energy.

We are pleased to announce that we have started hot-tapping services as well. Our teams have gained valuable experience from 1st hot-tapping project & generated satisfactory results.

A short intro to Hot tapping:

"The hot Tapping process allows a connection into a pressurized in-service operating system, by drilling or cutting.
