Passengers on flights from Manila to General Santos and Butuan City can easily arrange Antigen Tests for only Php 700 at the PAL Antigen Testing Facility at PAL Gate 3. Our Facility is open daily from 1AM-7AM so you can get tested up to 2 hours before your flight. Results are released within 30 minutes.

✅BUTUAN—
▪️The Province of Agusan del Norte is requiring guests to present negative COVID-19 test results, taken within five (5) days before the flight. The test may either be a rapid antibody test or RT-PCR (swab) test. We can only accept guests with negative test results for boarding.

✅COTABATO—
▪️1. Valid ID with address
2. Certificate of Acceptance from LGU
3. Travel Authority
4. Medical Certificate (Valid for 7 days)

✅DAVAO—
▪️1. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test results taken within 24 to 72 hours from departure date. This is not mandatory upon check-in, but shall be required upon exit at the Davao International Airport.
2. Guests who tested in their place of origin within 24-72 hours before departure, but have not received their results, will not be allowed to exit the Davao Airport, until the test result is available.
3. Children 12 years old and below are exempted from the RT-PCR requirement upon check-in, as long as the accompanying adult complies with the requirement.

✅DUMAGUETE—
▪️For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), the requirements are:

1. Medical Certificate and Travel Authority, or Travel Pass from the Philippine National Police. LSIs are subject to local health and safety protocols of the receiving LGUs

▪️For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR), the requirements are:
1. Medical Certificate and Mission Order, as well as coordination with the provincial IATF-EID. For contact information of your local tourism offices,

✅GENERAL SANTOS—
▪️The City of General Santos requires guests to present a Travel Authority, as well as a negative RT-PCR (swab) test result taken within 72 hours before departure date.

✅ILOILO—
▪️For Local Stranded Individuals (LSI) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

1. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result valid for three (3) days before departure date
2. Medical Clearance certification issued by the City/Municipal Health Office
3. Travel Authority issued by Chief of Police of the City/Municipality of origin
4. Any Valid Government ID (showing relevant information such as residence, citizenship or occupation)
5. Notice of Coordination from LGU (Proof of coordination)

✅KALIBO—
▪️For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):
1. Travel Authority issued by Joint Task force COVID Shield
2. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result issued by DOH-Accredited testing facility
3. Certificate of acceptance from the receiving local government unit, with proper coordination with the barangay of destination

▪️For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):

✅PAGADIAN—
▪️For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):
Medical certificate or certification issued by the City Health Officer/Municipal Health Officer or DOH-accredited hospitals that guest has not been in contact with, nor a suspect/probable/confirmed COVID-19 case; or has a Negative result of an RT-PCR (swab) test
1. Travel authority
2. Proof of residency/ LGU acceptance issued by the PDRRMO

▪️For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):
1. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result
2. Medical certificate or certification issued by the City Health Officer/Municipal Health Officer or DOH-accredited hospitals that guest has not been in contact with, nor a suspect/probable/confirmed COVID-19 case

1. Entry Authorization Pass from the PDRRMO
2. Letter request or travel order and government-issued ID to PDRRMO
3. Medical certificate or certification issued by the City Health Officer/ Municipal Health Officer or DOH-accredited hospitals that guest has not been in contact with, nor a suspect/probable/confirmed COVID-19 case
4. May be subject to RDT rapid test upon payment and the health authorities of the province shall determine whether said APOR shall be admitted to a facility-based quarantine

✅PUERTO PRINCESA—
▪️For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):
1. Medical Certificate issued by Local Health Office
2. Travel Authority or Travel Pass issued by Local Police
3. Proof of Residence copy (with complete city or municipal address)

▪️For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):
1. Travel Authority or Travel Pass
2. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result and Quarantine certificate issued by Bureau of Quarantine
3. Proof of Residence copy (with complete address)
4. Valid Passport

▪️For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR)
1. Company ID or Employee Certificate
2. Mission Order or Job Order
3. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result valid within 3-5 days before departure date

✅TACLOBAN—
▪️For guests flying to Tacloban, the City of Tacloban requires all Locally Stranded Individual (LSI) guests to present a Medical Certificate and Travel Authority to be accepted for flight.

✅ZAMBOANGA—

▪️1.Travel Authority issued by JTF-CV SHIELD/li>
2. Medical Clearance from local health office (CHO/MHO and PHO) stating that they have no flu -like symptoms
3. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result. if none, guest will be subjected to a facility-based.
4. Prior coordination with the City Tourism Office for the availability of the quarantine facility.

Before your flight, reserve a room at a hotel accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) for your quarantine stay.

You need to make and present a confirmed booking.

That’s 3 to 5 days for Manila

or 1 to 2 days for Cebu.

Hotel stay and other expenses must be shouldered by the passenger.

Take the mandatory COVID-19 test upon arrival in the Philippines.

Test fees must be shouldered by the traveler, unless the passenger is an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker).

After the test, proceed to the hotel that you reserved.

You should stay in the room you booked until the result of your COVID-19 test is released.

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AT QR CODE
makakatanggap kayo ng confirmation e-mail at QR code. I-save sa inyong telepono o i-print ang QR code.

STEP 3: BRIEFING
pagdating ninyo sa airport ng Pilipinas, magkakaroon po ng briefing para sa simpleng prosessong daraanan.

STEP 4: VERIFICATION AT BARCODING
pumunta sa Verification Counter at ipakita ang inyong QR code. Kayo ay bibigyan ng anim (6) na barcode stickers. Idikit ang isa sa inyong passport.

STEP 5: SWAB TESTING

Important Advisory for Passengers Bound for South Korea ‼️‼️‼️

Effective July 20, 2020, all South Korea-bound passengers (except South Korea passport holders) departing from Manila, either arriving or transiting at the Incheon International Airport, must present a valid COVID-19 PCR negative test certificate (issued within 48-hours prior to departure) from an accredited hospital designated by the South Korean embassy in the Philippines. Passengers without the certificate will not be allowed to check-in for the flight.

Philippine Airlines will be mounting special flights to and from Bacolod starting July 17, 2020.

Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:

From Bacolod:
1) Travel Certificate/Authority, 2) Medical Certificate,

From Manila:
1.) Valid government-issued ID with residency in Negros Occidental,
2.) Medical Certificate.

ALL restrictions on non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos have been lifted by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

Under IATF’s Resolution no. 52, the non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos shall be subject to the following conditions:

▪️Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas;
▪️Adequate travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses;
▪️Allowed entry by the destination country in accordance with travel, health and quarantine restrictions;
▪️Execution of a Declaration acknowledging the risk of the travel; and
▪️Upon return, shall follow the guidelines of returning overseas Filipinos of the National Task Force.
