Katmer 😋😋🔥😍👍🧑‍🍳😍👌⬇️⬇️recipe ⬇️⬇️

Ingredients

for the Most Delicious Katmer Recipe Separated by Wire Wire;

1 cup of warm milk

1 cup of warm water

1 teaspoon of powdered yeast

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

5 cups of flour

For the Intermediate Floor;

200 g butter

4 tablespoons of oil

How To Make The Most Delicious Katmer Recipe That Separates Wire Wire;

Add milk, water, yeast and sugar to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Let's add flour and salt to it in a controlled way and knead a soft dough. Let's divide the dough into 6 equal meringues, cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.

Let's take the first of the meringues to the counter and open it as much as we can with the help of a rolling pin. Let's spread the melted butter and oil mixture on it with a brush.

Let's fold the phyllo and put the oil mixture on the folds we fold. With the help of a roulette, let's cut the dough into 2 equal parts.

Let's wrap it in rolls and cover the rolls and leave them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Let's open the meringues again with a roller.

Let's cook in a pan greased with oil and preheated, turning both sides in a controlled way.
