🍌Wonderful organic bananas almost ready for harvesting for our breakfast buffet! 🍌 We try to do our bit to be sustainable and limit our carbon footprint as much as we can. We plant, nurture and harvest organic fruits on the property surrounding the hotel as much as we can and when we need to buy local fruit to meet demand, we purchase from growers in the Baie Lazare district as far as possible or from other local farmers. While we do also unavoidably have to purchase some imported fruit, we always aim for local first!
