I'm so exited to say one day I took the unexpected step 😟, I decided there was never going to be a good time, and like that I started an adventure; 🗺 24 countries and more that 1 million memories later, I could tell you I don't regret not even one second. 🛕

Instagram can be a rough place 🙃 for a lot of us, but let me tell you something, Instagram is really like riding the bike, tough to learn but once you know is just as easy as waking up.. 🤯

And now the real question, 🤓 How much are you willing to sacrifice to get there? consistency is the key, nothing better that an account that offer it's audience new things to see. 🤪 My recommendations are:
- Create your content in advance.
- Post about what you love.
- Dedicate one day to batch those annoying captions that dry your creativity.

- Wake up very early in the morning, around 5am, this will make your day longer and more productive.🥇
- Workout for about an hour in the morning🤸🏻♀️
- Meditate for 30 min before you really start your day.🧘🏻♂️
- be sure you eat healthy snacks through the day to keep your metabolism working
- Don’t worry about things that you can’t really change
- And of course focus on your goals🏆
