In 1972 she got the Tibetan Spaniel Ch Stromkarlens Doma which was her first dog of her own and the foundation of Mimmi's breeding. One of the five Tibetan Spaniel litters included Int&NordCh Gargamel which you can find in the pedigrees of many recent champions of this breed. Victor got his first own dog when he was 9 years old and NordCh Tuggelites Manfred was our first Border Terrier. The follow
ing year we got Ch Bordrocks Boris Jokersson who became a working champion and appreciated stud dog. With two male dogs in the house and Mimmi's previous experience as a breeder we decided to get a female puppy together as a potential brood bitch. We bought Ch Trientalis Corona in 1998, she became a successful show dog and had our first Border Terrier litter in 2000. Let's say that Ch Hux Flux Alva Ametist and MultiCh Hux Flux Bror Brilliant from our first two litters certainly got us on the right track! The Border Terrier is a hunting dog and our ambition is to breed healthy Border Terriers with a good temper which do as well in the show ring as at working trials. Each litter is very carefully planned in order to contribute with something new to the Swedish brood base and we only breed about one litter a year. As Victor is living abroad the kennel is run by Mimmi on her own since many years but we still have a close cooperation when it comes to breeding. Hux Flux dogs have been exported all over the world even if we breed very occasionally. You can find dogs of our lines in Sweden, Finland, Norway, England, Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, Austria, Italy, United States, Mexico and other countries.
