So I and my guest David from Germany recently got back from an amazing multi-day tour in Pite river. One of the many big rivers in northern Sweden. We have been canoeing for five days in some very remote areas. We had sun. And we had rain. We had some rough times manhauling the canoe. And most of all we had absolutely fantastic times.

Writing from my tent feeling all toasty in my sleeping bag. Today I had the opportunity to hike up Kebnekaise. Kebnekaise is Sweden's highest mountain with a height of 2103 meter. It has two trails leading up. This time we went the eastern trail which includes passing a glacier and a really sweet section of via ferrata. On the way back we could slide our way down on some awesome snowfields. Keep an eye open for pictures coming this week!

Feeling fortunate. Two weeks ago I attended a sea kayak leader 2 education. This weekend back in Stockholm again but this time for Adventure Medicines course on first aid in the wilderness. 🤩
