Today there is a big celebration of St George day in Ethiopia! This video is from St George Church in Barhir Dar.

Easter starts Tomorrow in Ethiopia! People are gathering in the churches, praying and celebrating. Most Ethiopien ortodox have Been fasting (eating vegan food) for 5 weeks before easter. This is s video from Aberha Wo asthebehav Church in Woukero, Tigray area in the north Of Ethiopia

This little girl of 4 years was Playing drums On an empty plastic jar! She is reslly good! And entertained us while the neigbour was singing local songs Around the fire. Unfortunatly i dealeted the long video with her, by mistake. This is what i got.... Sorry!

Today, Celebrating st George day in Lalibela. Mass all night and morning, after breakfast the celebrating continiues with song and dance.

Celebrating Timkat (phiphany) in Bayes mothers village. Enjoy his dance with his brother.
