In line with the country’s strategy to gain a better foothold in border control, all visitors to Malaysia are required to register their arrival into the country at least 3 days before entering the country via one of the legal crossings.

This new regulation will take effect from 1 January 2024 onward.

Access to the so-called MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) can be found by clicking on the following link: https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main

Clients are requested to fill in this online form as accurately as possible to avoid any discrepancies at one of the border control posts in the country.

Malaysia remains available for any queries connected to this new legislation.
