Even though last week’s tour was my last tour for 2024, I managed to attain new firsts, by guiding my first Canadian and Swiss guests (among others).

The group seem to gel well with each other and it’s great to be able to see connections like these. It was a tour filled with fun and laughter, and a lot of wonderful sharing of experiences.

Sadly Epiphyte is closing and this will always be the last LGBTQ+ tour that ends at the bar. However, we are excited for new developments and I am still grateful to be able to bring these guests over one last time!

It was a pleasant late afternoon with this family, whom I conducted a private LGBTQ+ tour for them.

It was really nice to see q***r couples (and ally!) coming together on this tour to understand a little more about the LGBTQ+ community in Singapore and a little Singapore history.

Singapore still had a long way to go in terms of marriage and other love matters that are not part of the heteronormative ideology, but it’s nice to see ppl pushing the boundaries.

Thank you to Jash and family (considering of Losh, Vy, Arun and David) for allowing me to show you a bit of Singapore from a q***r perspective and congratulations to Arun and David on your engagement!

The LGBTQ+ tour last week incidentally became a private tour for my guest Dorra , who comes all the way from Tunisia!

It was really pleasant to be able to share LGBTQ+ and Singapore history in a more intimate setting and to be able to focus and attend to all of my guest’s queries.

A little to last week, where I guided my biggest group on the “Of Communities and Spaces” LGBTQ+ Tour.

From just having settled down in Singapore for 5 weeks, to living here since birth, it was a real pleasure to be able to show this rather diverse group of people various sites and showing them a newer perspective of Singapore history and combining that with the local q***r history.

It was really nice to be able to receive feedback and positive energy during the tour despite the humidity testing us a little bit.

Leading a really big group has its challenges, but I am glad to have undertaken and learnt from the beauty of larger groups.

It was an overall lovely tour and I really hope everyone enjoyed themselves.

to a special private LGBTQ+ tour for Pink Dot SG volunteers (and friends!) during the long National Day weekend!

I’m grateful to be able to give this very excitable and enthusiatic group a little tour about how local LGBTQ+ history and Singapore history are connected and it’s great to know that they got me thinking a lot more on my feet!

to last Saturday’s private LGBTQ+ tour for these lovely bunch whom finally had the chance to explore the sights and sounds of Singapore through a different perspective.

It is always nice to be able to bring smaller groups around, as it allows for a higher level of communication and intimacy.

Glad to be able to bring them around and grateful that they stayed throughtout despite unbearable conditions. Thank you for joining my tour!

I am still shocked and surprised to be featured at a presentation by Trip School last week at Singapore Tourism Board’s Travel Agents and Tourist Guides Industry Forum 2024.

Sadly, industry players were not able to see my epic expression, as I had other work commitments, but I am truly honoured by the kind words and the feature.

Snippets of my “Of Communities and Spaces” LGBTQ+ Tour 2 days ago!

The questionable weather did not stop these curious souls from all walks of life from coming down to find out more about the history of Singapore and how it relates to the LGBTQ+ community.

It was definitely a pleasure guiding my biggest tour to date!

Thank you all for coming for this 3-hour tour and special thanks to Pink Fest and Epiphyte Sg for the amazing support! It is indeed an honour to be doing this during Pride month!

I’m really honoured to be featured on Honeycombers’s online article for Pride Month this year!

I never would have thought that this is possible but I am really grateful to be featured and to be able to serve my community in the best possible way!
