Riau has many types of traditional dances including Tari Joged Lambak, Pedang Jenawi, Tari Pembubung, Tari Sinar, Tari Lenggang Melayu, Tari Zapin Sekampung, Tari Zapin, Tari Zapin Kampung Melayu Pekanbaru, Tari Riuh Tambourine. Tari Joged Lambak is one of the most popular traditional dance in Riau. It’s a social dance of the young in which the dancers will dance with each other in accordance with the rhythm of the music.
