AS WE ARE A TEAM, WE WILL ALLOCATE A PHOTOGRAPHER TO BE ON STANDBY 24/7 ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING IN THE EVENT THAT OUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS UNAVAILABLE TO ATTEND DUE TO ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

INTERNAL RATING SYSTEM

ALL OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE RATED ON A WEEKLY BASIS - PERSONALLY MANAGED AND HANDPICKED BY OUR FOUNDER, ANNABEL LAW. PHOTOGRAPHERS MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS DURING EVERY WEDDING TO ENSURE QUALITY WORK.

BACK-UP SYSTEM

ALL PHOTOS ARE IMMEDIATELY BACKED-UP INTO OUR CLOUD BASED DRIVE AND AN EXTERNAL SERVER. NO PHOTOS WILL BE MISSING OR LOST DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.

HIREACHY

OUR SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE CHOSEN TO SHOOT IF THEIR INTERNAL RATING HAS BEEN CONSISTENT FOR THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

EDITING TEAM

WITH A FULL TEAM OF EDITORS, WE CAN PROVIDE A FAST TURNOVER PERIOD.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

ALL CUSTOMERS WILL FILL UP A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY AFTER RECEIVING THE DELIVERABLES. ANY REMARKS ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE SURVEY WILL AFFECT THE PHOTOGRAPHER'S RATING.
