We are looking for colleague to join our office team in Ljubljana! 🇸🇮
Job Description:
👉🏻Receiving and processing inquiries for group events.
👉🏻Designing programs, preparing offers and budgets, and direct communication with clients/agents regarding inquiries and proposals.
👉🏻Implementation and coordination of confirmed projects (from making reservations to coordinating all on-site services during the group’s stay).
👉🏻Communication with local suppliers and stakeholders, including hotels, restaurants, venues, guides, etc.
👉🏻Developing existing opportunities and exploring new possibilities in the above markets (Benelux, UK, Scandinavia, Germany, Switzerland, USA, France, Australia, and New Zealand).
👉🏻Collaboration with Intours DMC representatives, potentially including travel abroad, sales calls, office visits, and presenting services to partner agencies and new interested agencies.
👉🏻Occasional participation in trade fairs (IMEX Frankfurt, IBTM Barcelona, Conventa Ljubljana) and various sales and marketing activities and events organized by our representatives.
👉🏻Finalizing and accounting for completed group projects.
👉🏻Developing new products and experiences in the destination.
Requirements:
👉🏻Knowledge of English is required.
👉🏻Knowledge of German/Spanish/French is desirable, and other languages are an advantage.
👉🏻Proficiency in standard computer programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
👉🏻Experience in the MICE or event industry is desirable, but we are open to candidates without experience.
Motivation, a willingness to learn for trainees, and a readiness to enhance existing skills for experienced candidates.
👉🏻Ability to work well in a team.
👉🏻Proactive and hardworking individuals eager to work and learn will be given priority.
