Thank you Miha. The trip was amazing. I have travelled to 20+ countries in Europe and nothing compares to Slovenia. The people, culture, nature make it incredibly unique and the people were incredible yet very unpretentious. We will be back for sure and will refer or bring friends!

This is the stunning area between Slovenia’s second biggest city Maribor and the Austrian border. Probably one of our favourite (and often overlooked) e-biking regions.

Topped with local hospitality, amazing wine, beautiful lodging, and no tourists! If you feel Bled or Croatia is busy, here is an escape idea! 😍

The Soca river ❤️

Yes, we are biased! But I am sure many of you would agree that it is one of the most beautiful rivers in the 🌍

The color, the rocks, surrounding mountains, the tiny swimming pools, hanging bridges, water adventures, hiking trails, 34the best restaurant in the world (congrats ) and much more!!!

Its beauty hasn’t remained unnoticed and the peak summer season in the is busy!

My wife and I completed a 16 day self-guided Trail Run and Mtn Bike adventure in May this year. Delayed 2 years by Covid, it was worth every second of waiting.

SloTrips was everything we were looking for: reliable, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and understanding of our perfect trip. They nailed it.
Domen tailored all of our runs and rides to our specifications. The Trip and GPS apps are fantastic to keep you on the trail and not lost and also provide a ton of local information to make your trip awesome.

🌞 Daytime temperatures are around 25degC (80degF)
🌍 You will hear more Croatian than any other language.

In other words:
You'll escape the summer heat, but be ready to wear a sweater in the late afternoon. The temperatures are simply awesome for all outdoor adventures!

The crowds aren't here yet! You'll have the places all to yourself. Of course, don't count on this in the old towns of Dubrovnik and Split but the rest of the country is pleasantly calm, restaurants will be happy to have you, and the locals will actually have time to talk to you!
