To reach Silvaplana from the village of Klosters-Serneus, you can use the car train. These trains allow you and your vehicle to travel comfortably and without worrying about road conditions. From Klosters, the car train takes you through the Vereina Tunnel to the Engadin region. After exiting the tunnel in Zernez, you can easily drive towards Silvaplana. This method is especially efficient and safe in winter when roads might be closed or hazardous.
For the return journey, you can take a route that passes near Hauptstrasse 38-28 in Surses.
