Holiday house Krasný Svet (Beautiful World) this holiday house has a dishwasher, large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and a lovely country kitchen. Holiday house Ranná Rosa (Morning Dew) used to be an old cowshed. We converted it into a holiday home that still retains the old farmhouse details. Rental tent Kukucka (Cuckoo) has a lovely spot in the spacious garden, in the middle of the vegetable garden and the chicken villa. We decorated everything cosy inside and within a few steps you are in the private sanitary unit, with luxury shower cabin, toilet and kitchenette.

Vandaag is het 1 november, Allerheiligen en morgen is het Allerzielen. Hier wordt veel aandacht aan besteed. Veel respect voor de doden. De degene die niet meer bij ons zijn worden deze dagen extra geëerd.
De begraafplaatsen liggen vol met veelal (plastic) bloemstukken en kaarsen. Het geeft een magische serene uitstraling als je in de avond gaat kijken. Hieronder een sfeerimpressie van de begraafplaats bij ons in het dorp Modry Kamen. Waar we gisteren met onze buurman zijn geweest. Zijn ouders en opa en oma zijn daar begraven en we hebben bloemstukken neergezet.

A few days ago I posted this message on one of my favorite Facebook groups. It was a spontaneous action and I never thought that there would be so many likes and hearts on our beautiful farm post. 3.693 likes and counting 🥹
The farm looks stunning though, especially with this autumn scenery. And it is today exactly 6 years ago that we moved to Slovakia. 🍂🍁

When the summer season is over, we start thinking about plans for next year. And what you see here in the first photo is the creation of something brand new. I will not give a spoiler alert but it will be pretty awesome ✨

We are going for a whole new branding. We grown as people and so did our business. Time for a new breeze for us and Natural Slovakia.

Met temperaturen boven de 30 graden is het tijd voor ijs.
Met deze machine hebben we vandaag voor het eerst zelf ijs gemaakt en uiteraard geproefd. Zo vervelend om het testpanel te zijn 😉
Vanaf heden en te koop op de boerderij. Nu nog in de smaken 🍓 Aardbei 🍓 en 🍫 Chocolade 🍫 maar er komen vast nieuwe smaken bij.

Rondje zomer boerderij, want hier schijnt de zon. 🌞 Wel wat regen af en toe maar in vergelijking met andere landen mogen we niet klagen. 😀 Wel een slakken plaag dus geen pompoenen, zonnebloemen, boontjes, courgette...
Gelukkig is de kas redelijk veilig dus de tomaten gaan als een malle. De komkommer en paprika hebben het zwaar. Uvidíme zeggen ze hier, we gaan het zien...

Holidayfarm Natural Slovakia, the place to Slow Down & Relax...
Welcome to Holiday Farm Natural Slovakia, idyllically located in the sunny south of Slovakia (region Velky Krtis). Our authentic farm has only three accommodations, and with that we provide a cozy atmosphere. Our outdoor area is completely enclosed (safe for the children to play around!) and it is surrounded by field, forest and stream and nestled in an enchanting valley.
We offer you the opportunity to experience the seasons in a natural way, we are happy to help you with that! Good food from the vegetable garden and greenhouse or let us serve you a delicious farm breakfast. Enjoy the free-range chickens in the yard and enjoy the delicious fresh eggs of our ladies. Taste our home-made products made with love and care and in the evenings start the campfire and gaze at the infinite starry sky.
We also thought of our youngest guests, every accommodation is equipped with games and toys and the mud kitchen is waiting for them and that was a great success last season! We also live in THE wine region of Slovakia, so get delicious local wines from the farmer. In the spring and summer months there are many folklore festivals to visit, a feast for all the senses! And this is just a small selection of all the possibilities that can make you relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation! With care, love and respect we have rebuilt and decorated the houses and that, you can feel!
The rental price of our natural cottages (from €399, -) is per week and includes all additional costs. So no "surprises" afterwards but unconcerned Enjoyment with a capital E!
In the spotlight: Cottage Ranná Rosa
Ranná Rosa is suitable for four people and has two bedrooms, one on top of the mezzanine, with a unique homemade staircase to access. The other bedroom is on the first floor and both bedrooms have a double bed (1.40×2.00). A crib is available on request.
The house offers a living room with open kitchen, dining room set, wood stove, two wonderfully seated armchairs, TV with DVD player. Also a wide choice of DVD's and games. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
Traditionally, this building was used as a cowshed and summer kitchen. It is built in authentic Slovakian style and has been rebuilt with many recycled materials so that the nostalgic atmosphere has been preserved as well as possible. We made optimal use of the space and yet it is fully equipped. Here you can enjoy the old rustic elements that have been preserved.
The large door with windows gives the feeling of being one with nature. Outside there is a picnic table ready to enjoy nature and the chickens roaming around while eating. Also a mud kitchen for our youngest guests and the whole garden is fenced so safe for children to play!
