In the past year 2022 we had a lot of projects, but, as usual there are only few that we can promote publicly. We would like to publish everything, but at least we are attaching a few projects.
One of them was the cleaning of three 40m high silos with a circumference of 60m from the ash, where we had to drill a complete anchoring system to hold the ropes. After complete cleaning, we had to disassemble all the anchors again. The work was difficult mainly due to the dust and rope to rope transfers in the round silo. During working process we used a suction system, protective masks and clothing, which made the work more difficult. We needed an average of 7 days for each silo. http://skydeck-europe.eu/

V minulom roku 2022 sme mali veľmi veľa projektov ale, ako to býva je málo tých ktoré môžeme verejne propagovať. Radi by sme uverejnili všetko, každopádne prikladáme aspoň zopár projektov.
Jedným z nich bol čistenie troch 40m vysokých síl s obvodom 60m od popola, kde sme museli navŕtať komplet kotviaci systém na uchytenie lán. Po kompletnom vyčistení sme museli zase všetky kotvy rozobrať. Práca bola náročná hlavne kvôli prachu, ako aj rope to rope transfery v okrúhlom sile. Pri práci sme používali odsávací systém, ochranné masky a odev čo prácu viac sťažovalo. Na každé silo sme potrebovali v priemere 7dní. http://skydeck-europe.eu/

Suurhofbrug bridge/NL
We build Quik Deck system under the existing Suurhofbrug bridge. Very nice project and perfect system to do maintenance on bridges.

Replacing a flare tip requires working on great heights with limited space. Designing the safest and most efficient replacement method and equipment is therefore of utmost importance.

The A-Frame is a modular construction and can be used on most flare structures. Also in offshore environments and even on flare booms and FPSO’s. Therefore, there is no need for additional cranes or helicopters. All items will be manually lifted to the flare top platform, by means of a hand carried single pole.
