Welcome to Villa Renaissance Unit 603 located on Grace Bay’s magnificent beach in the beautiful Turks And Caicos Islands.  We were so impressed with the Villa Renaissance that we bought our own unit. When we are not enjoying it ourselves, we rent it out as a vacation rental. It is a one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps four. We are currently making many upgrades to the unit and will have a new daybed from Pottery Barn set up by the middle of February. The unit is located by the pool and a short walk through a breezeway to Grace Bay beach. You do not need a car as you are in walking distance to many beaches, restaurants, stores, and grocery store. This unit comes with a full kitchen, new 55 inch smart TV, and all the necessary items to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. You can read my many reviews on a popular booking website.
