Three Cays Villa is an oceanfront four bedroom four bath masterpiece . The views from this 'Taj Mahal in the tropics' are endless and mesmerizing. It was completely renovated in the last three months and construction is complete. It has a new kitchen with brand new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances from Kitchen Aid, granite countertops, lighting, complete with an island with sitting for six, etc. All bathrooms in the main structure are brand new, complete with luxurious vanities, granite counter tops and glass enclosed showers. Upstairs, both rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom has been totally reconfigured with a massive picture window facing the ocean to allow one to view it while laying in bed. Furniture throughout the house is also brand new. There are are new windows and doors throughout the villa with a colossal opening leading out to the exterior terrace and it is graced with sliding pocket doors which may be completely opened to one side to allow trade winds to flow through the villa.
Sit by the pool in the fully landscaped gardens or lounge by the ocean on the large coral stone tile patio. For those who love to snorkel, Three Cays Villa is named as such because directly behind the villa are three natural reefs teeming with sea life. Water toys are available.
