We had a fantastic weekend with our guest at our Basecamp in Bangnoi. Our homestay is located in my home province Samut Songkhram 80km west of Bangkok. Since the pandemic I have tried to get it up and running but to just keep our Bangkok operations up on a high level has already been challenging enough. However, I can’t let this place slip away and have to say thank you to Stefanie Scharla and Ingo Weigmann for staying with us 🙏 besides the accommodation I’m are also preparing to relaunch our bike excursions such as the Bike2Basics and our homestay will serve as a base to further explore the Maeklong River Basin. On September 10, we might have a special event coming in Bangnoi and I will keep you posted!!

Unser Homstey befindet sich in meiner Heimatprovinz Samut Songkhram 80km westlich von Bangkok. Seit der Pandemie habe ich es versucht es in Betrieb zu bekommen aber alleine unseren Tour Betrieb in Bangkok auf hohem Niveau beizubehalten war schon eine Herausforderung genug. Aber nichtsdestotrotz möchte ich diesen einzigartigen Ort nicht verlieren und bedanke mich bei Steffi und Ingo für ihren Besuch. Neben der Unterkunft versuche ich unsere Radtouren wieder zu starten wie die Bike2Basics und unser Homestey dient als Basis um die Region um den Maeong Fluss ausgiebiger zu erkunden und zu erleben. Am 10. September haben wir eventuell einen Event hier in Bangnoi und ich werde euch aif dem Laufenden halten.

One project we are reviving - our homestay in near Amphawa and one project we started a few months ago - our new office and homestay in the old town of Bangkok. One is urban and one is rural. In either case, these will be the best bases to deepen your your connection with Thailand.

Ein Projekt beleben wir gerade wieder - unser Homestay in der Nähe von Amphawa und eins haben wir vor ein paar Monaten begonnen - unser Büro und Homestay in the old town of Bangkok. Eins ist urban, das andere ländlich aber in welchem Falle auch immer beide werden die beste Basis bieten um eure Bindung zu Thailand zu vertiefen.
