Today February 18, is Makha Bucha Day, one of the most significant Buddhist holiday in Thailand and brings with it an alcohol sales ban for 24 hours (It’s count as public holiday so this is an another long weekend in Thailand from Sat-Sun-Mon!) 🙏🏻

‪Today is Wan Makha Bucha (วันมาฆบูชา). It’s an important Buddhist holiday & people will go to the temple today to make merit. It’s illegal to sell alcohol today.
