The need to rest for at least 6 hours prior to departure. รายละเอียดการเช่ารถ *เงื่อนไขโดยทั่วไป 1. จำกัดจำนวนผู้โดยสารไม่เกิน 9-10 ท่าน ต่อรถตู้ปรับอากาศ 1 คัน 2. ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดขึ้นบนรถ โดยเด็ดขาด 3. ผู้โดยสารทุกท่าน ห้ามดื่มสุรา หรือ ของมึนเมาทุกชนิด และห้ามสูบบุหรี่ ภายในรถ โดยเด็ดขาด 4. ห้ามนำอาหารขึ้นทานในรถ และ/หรือ นำอาหรรที่มีกลิ่นแรงขึ้นรถ เช่น ทุเรียนสุข ปลาหมึก ปลาเค็ม 5. ห้ามนำสิ่งเสพติดหรือสิ่งผิดกฏหมายมาไว้ในรถ โดยเด็ดขาด หากพนักงานขับรถพบเห็น หรือ สงสัยว่ามี พนักงานขับรถจำเป็นต้องร้องขอให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจทำการตรวจค้น ทั้งนี้ เพื่อความบริสุทธิ์ของตนเอง และบุคคลอื่นภายในรถ 6. พนักงานขับรถขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะระงับ หรือยกเลิกการเดินทางในบางเส้นทาง หรือบางเวลา หากพิจารณาแล้ว เห็นว่าการเดินทางต่อไปนั้น อาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายต่อชีวิต และ/หรือ ทรัพย์สินของบุคคลภายในรถ 7. พนักงานจะปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมุ่งเน้นความสะดวก และความปลอดภัย ในการเดินทางของผู้โดยสารในรถ เป็นสำคัญ ความเร็วในการขับขี่ จึงมิใช่ปัจจัยหลักในการเดินทาง แต่จะขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพผิวจราจร และสภาพแวดล้อมเหมาะสม 8. ห้ามนำสิ่งของมีค่าทิ้งใว้ในรถ โดยเด็ดขาด เกิดสูญหายทางบริษัทหรือเจ้าของรถ จะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น * มาตรฐานราคา เช่าถรตู้ อัตราค่าเช่าเริมต้น รถตู้ 1800-2500 บาทต่อวัน แบบที่ 1 ไม่รวมน้ำมัน(คิดราคา/วัน) ในวันเริ่มเดินทาง บริษัทฯ จะเติมน้ำมัน เต็มถังให้กับลูกค้า (ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถตรวจสอบได้)การเติมน้ำมันในครั้งต่อๆ ไป ระหว่างการเดินทาง ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย และเติมน้ำมันรถเต็มถัง เมื่อเสร็จงาน และถึงจุดหมายปลายทาง ค่าจอดรถ ค่าผ่านทาง(ทางด่วน) และการนำรถเข้าสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย แบบที่ 2 คิดราคา/เที่ยว ใช้ในกรณีที่ต้องการให้ไปส่งหรือไปรับกลับ มีจุดหมายปลายทาง กำหนดเวลา และเส้นทางการเดินทางที่แน่นอน (พนักงานขับรถ จะไม่ออกนอกเส้นทางที่กำหนด) ค่าจอดรถ ค่าผ่านทาง(ทางด่วน) และการนำรถเข้าสถานที่ต่าง ๆ นอกเหนือจากที่ตกลง ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย กฎกติกาในการเช่ารถตู้ อัตราค่าเช่าเริ่มต้นสำหรับ D4D วันละ รถตู้ 1,800 - 2,500 บาท การคิดเวลาเช่านับจากวันเช่าเป็นวันแรก ไม่ว่าออกเวลาใดก็ตาม ระหว่างการเดินทางใช้รถได้ไม่เกิน 12 ซม. หากเกินกว่านั้นคิดค่าบริการเพิ่มชั่วโมงละ 200 บาท เกิน 24.00 น. คิดเป็นอีก 1 วัน วันที่เริ่มเดินทาง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเวลาใดก็ตาม นับเป็น 1 วันทำงาน การออกเดินทางกลางคืน ไปถึงจุดหมายตอนเช้า พนักงานต้องได้พักเมื่อถึงจุดหมาย อย่างน้อย 6 ชั่วโมง ก่อนออกเดินทางต่อไป เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการเดินทาง พนักงานขับรถจะปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นเวลาไม่เกิน 12 ชั่วโมง หลังจากนั้นต้องได้พักผ่อนเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ชั่วโมง ก่อนออกเดินทางต่อไป
