🍄 November Impact: Food for Thought Project 🍄

This month, the ‘Food for Thought’ project celebrates a remarkable milestone! Many schools sold their mushrooms at local markets, earning impressive incomes and gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship.

Kiew Lair Luang and Baan Thungsieo schools completed successful harvests and reinvested in future cycles. Banpanton School proudly shared their fresh mushrooms with visiting dignitaries, highlighting the program’s community impact.

These students are not just learning—they’re mastering career-ready skills, generating income, and building brighter futures. 🌱

And there’s more to come! 🌊🌊 Following our recent expansion to Sam Roi Yot in October, we’re excited to see this vibrant community join the journey of sustainability and growth. Stay tuned for updates as the new location takes root!

Check out the photos to see how this initiative is making a difference! 💚

🍌 October Update: Food for Thought Project 🍌
This month has been a time of growth and expansion for the Food for Thought project! While schools are on break, some schools have adjusted to shorter working hours. However, the impact of our Food For Thought project continues to grow!

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve expanded the project to a new location in Sam Roi Yot! 🌊 Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, has already embraced the initiative, with the first crops planted and systems underway. The impact is already visible, and we’re excited to see how this expansion will benefit the local schools and families.

None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our amazing clients and partners. Your belief in our mission empowers us to create meaningful, lasting change in these communities. Thank you for being a part of this journey!

Stay tuned for more updates as we grow together! 💪🍄

🍄 September Update: Food for Thought Project 🍄
This month has been nothing short of inspiring for our 'Food for Thought' project! Since launching four years ago, our participating schools have gained a deeper understanding of our mission and are now independently adding value to their products, creating new opportunities for themselves. 🌿

In an exciting showcase of culinary talent, one of our partner schools proudly claimed the 1st runner-up prize in a local Lanna cooking competition, using fresh vegetables from their very own Rak Ther garden! 🏆👩‍🍳

We’re so proud of their growth and can't wait to see what’s next. Follow along to stay updated on their progress and learn how you can be part of this incredible journey!

We welcomed 250 students from the U.S. during June and July! Each student participated in 2 full days of service during their stays at Sanpatong Experiential Education Centre (SEEC), contributing to 13 schools in the area.

Our ‘Food for Thought’ project provides students living in rural Thailand with vegetable beds and mushroom bags, enabling them to learn about sustainable agriculture and harvesting their produce. Not only do they get to enjoy a nutritious lunch, but they also sell the excess produce to their neighbors. 🌱

Here is a report of how many mushrooms and vegetables were harvested from the local schools and how much were sold! ☀️

Keep up with our future posts to learn more about the ‘Food for Thought’ project and what you can do to get involved.
