You need to walk up the path starting from Yoddoi Cafe. When you reach the top, you can choose a go-kart that fits you. There are 1-2 seater and 3-seater karts available. You steer left and right with your feet, and the hand brake is in the middle of the kart. It's recommended for adults because it's difficult to control. Older children can play, but they must be able to steer well because the path has curves. Children under 10 years old can ride with an adult.
