Our speaker for the last week event was Mr. Suchat Phaitong, General Manager HR with the Summit Group and Advisor on HR matters with Brain Tank Thailand. Mr. Suchat, who has a degree in Law, is an experienced negotiator with Labour Unions and shared his experience of "How to deal with Labour Conflict". For those of you that have active labour unions this was a good opportunity for an open discussion on the matter.
