An amazing experience that you will treasure forever - swimming with the planet’s largest land mammal
Elephant Swims at Lucky Beach in Tri Trang was the first ‘swimming with elephants in the sea’ service in Phuket, and launched in 2014. It is a family run business which has a deep history in the welfare and caring of our beloved family of elephants.
Aod (the founder and owner) has a lifetime of experience working with and caring for elephants since he was born in the city of Surin (City of Elephants). He was raised in the family to help working at the farm which included not only elephants but also cattle of cow and buffalo.
In 1993 and after many years helping the family he had an idea to provide something unique which would not only continue to protect the safety and well-being of his elephants but also give the opportunity for people to experience being close to these wonderful animals in a natural environment. So, in 2015, Elephant Swims was born and has delighted over 100,000 customers, from all nationalities and from Thailand and the rest of the world.
The location of the experience is on Lucky beach, a quiet and secluded beach a few minutes from central Patong. The beach also in LeThong Restaurant where all guests are welcome to enjoy food & drinks and enjoy the wonderful seaview.
