views across the valley and down towards the coast. With several areas inside and outside for guests to gather, this villa is the perfect residence for larger groups to enjoy a holiday all under the same roof. ACCOMMODATION:
Jade villa comprises of 7 bedrooms, split over two levels. All bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. The villa therefore accommodates up to 19 guests. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, with king size bed. This room opens directly onto the impressive balcony, overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom 2 is also found on this level, with a queen size bed and single bunk bed above. Located downstairs are bedrooms 3 through 7. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both offer king size beds, and have direct access onto the sun deck and swimming pool. Bedroom 5 provides a further king size bed, accompanied by an additional large single bed. Bedroom 6 is ideal for children, as it offers two sets of single bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. Finally, in bedroom 7, you will find a single bed with a set of single bunk beds, meaning 3 guests can comfortably stay in this room. The villa boasts two large living rooms, with ample seating on comfortable sofas. You can relax and watch the flatscreen television with DVD player and cable TV in both. The main living room opens directly onto the large balcony, offering beautiful valley views, and the secondary living rooms has sliding doors that provide direct access to the sun deck and swimming pool. Guests also have the option of dining on delicious Thai food at the large dining room table located on the balcony. Outside there is a large sun terrace, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun, and a tempting 10 x 5 m infinity edged pool with integral whirlpool bath. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing a a second dining table and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining. A fully-fitted Western kitchen offers the opportunity for guests, or the villa’s cook (upon request), to prepare any desired meals. Breakfast, BBQ favourites and a selection of delicious Thai dishes can be chosen from the villa’s in-house menu for your party to enjoy. RENTAL COST:
The rates range from US$ 800 - US$ 1,400 per night (or as little as US$50/person/night) depending on the time of the year, the number of guests, and the length of stay. SPECIAL RATES AS LOW AS US$ 600 per night are available DURING LOW SEASON depending on the number of guests and the length of stay
