Eligibility Requirements

Documents Required
Valid passport for both parties
Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (CNI) from your home country embassy or consulate in Thailand. This document proves that you are free to marry.

Steps Involved
Notice of Intention to Marry: File a Notice of Intention to Marry with the district office (Amphoe) where you plan to register your marriage.

Document Translation and Verification: Have all necessary documents translated into Thai by a certified translator and verified by the embassy or consulate of your home country in Thailand.
