A beautiful house nestled in the foothills of Doi Suthep mountain, just a 5-10 minute motorcycle ride to Old City, Chiang Mai university and Nimmanheimin areas, and just a few steps from the meditation center at Wat Rampoeng and the trendy artist enclave at Ban Khang Wat. This is the nicest area of town. The house is quiet, verdant, set on a small slope with an enormous teak tree growing through the balcony. There is both indoor and outdoor living space, and a very pleasant view.

Chiangmai Yee-peng Lanna Festival 2017

Chiang Mai has scheduled to celebrate the Yee Peng Chiang Mai Festival 2017 from 2nd to 5th November at the Chiang Mai Municipal Office, Tha Pae Gate and at several temples. Main activities, include the sacred Buddhist chanting ceremony, the Yi Peng Lantern Procession, the Candle Lighting Ceremony, Yi Peng Boat Races as well as several contests and competitions.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

2nd November
6:00pm: Opening activity of Lighting Candle tray (Three King’s Monument)
6:30pm: Traditional Lanna Dance (Three King’s Monument)
7:00pm: Opening ceremony of 2017 Chiang Mai Yee Peng Festival (Lanna Folklife museum)

There will also be activities all along the city moat from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

3rd November
7:00pm and 10:00pm: Krathong Sai on the banks of the Mae Ping River

4th November
7:00pm-11:00pm: Grand Krathong Procession (Tha Pae Gate – Chiang Mai Municipality Office)

Tourists are allowed to release fire lanterns at Nawarat Bridge on 3-4 November from 7:00pm-1:00am

Fireworks display on 4th November at 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. You can wat from the bank of Mae Ping River in front of Chiang Mai Municipality Office.

Only 10-15 mins walking to Nimman Road and MAYA, It is a perfect place for staying as your own home. Who enjoy having a nice restaurant, eating at the famous restaurants and also experience some street foods, bars and night clubs. Or just 10 mins drive to Downtown and the Old City, 15 mins from Airport, Easy to get out of town, no traffic. Next to our condo there is Wat Jed Yod, the ancient temple of Chiang Mai is only 10 mins walking from the room. Along the way to your room you can find 7-11, Tesco Lotus, Day and Night market, food street, laundry and local market that's is the point so, you can create your meal by your own with cheap and fresh. By the way, this location very easy for Uber or Red Car to pick you up because it no more traffic like Nimman. Rd. If you live in central at Nimman Rd. They might say NO to pick you up because it very busy and traffic jam in busy hours.

Mostly guests came from China, they was happy to stay at my room and spend more than 1 week, Because located at back of MAYA Shopping Mall, around many small shops, easy to get foods, 5 mins walk to 7-11 and food street are tasty and cheap. 👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩😋😊😂

Welcome to my room No.619 in contemporary design with Blue Sky View :
There are 1 bedroom with panorama view as room corner and 1 living room with modern built-in kitchen.

Bed Room: The bed room has a comfortable King size bed with bedding. The clean bedsheet, blanket, and pillows are provided on your arrival.

Living room: Guests have free Wi-Fi in room. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room and 32” LED television. I provide some coffee, tea, bottle of water, and snack on guest first arrival day as per welcome gift.

Bathroom: There is a shower room with hot/cold water. Guest can use the bathroom amenities e.g. fresh towels, soap, dental kits, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, shower caps, and cotton buds on your arrival day. I'm also provide a hair dryer as well.

Kitchen: A Modern built-in kitchen set including all cupboards, electric stove, extractor fan. There are also a large refrigerator, a microwave, and kitchen cooking equipments. I have also give some basic cooking and dining utensils e.g. plates, bowls, cups, and glasses.

Other facilities There are swimming pool, fitness, and gym very close to this condo only 5 mins by walking. So, you can stay at our condo as private, no loud no noise to distrub you.

Maya is very close ,using Uber only 10mins maximumly. Near the building so many local restaurants can be found very cheap too, 711 is near by 3 mins walking.
