Villa Sabai, Close to the center of Pattaya, 4 bedroom villa with private pool, just minutes from the Beach / City and Walking Street.

The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, a large L-shaped living room (80m2), spacious kitchen (20m2), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room has a big TV with online connections and apps, like Netflix for free.
There is a spacious sitting area with comfortable sofa and chairs, and a nice dining area with 8 chairs and big table.

The kitchen is fully equipped; Large fridge with freezer, gas hob, oven, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a large TV with wifi, a walk-in closet with a private bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

From the kitchen you enter the spacious terrace with private pool, there you find a large table and 8 chairs with a BBQ.
At the pool with whirlpool bath you have an outdoor shower, sun beds and beach chairs at your disposal,
there is a large garden with tropical plants and surrounded by a high wall for total privacy.
The total surface of the villa with pool is 600m2.

Close to the center of Pattaya, 6 bedroom villa with private pool, just minutes from the Beach / City and Walking Street.

The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped living room; with modern furniture and a spacious kitchen, equipped with a big refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven and washing machine. The house is fully air-conditioned and has FREE High speed WIFI and Netflix.

The gardens are set around the fabulous private pool with its crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather with all year tropical sunshine. Our large outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for those BBQ evenings, at the Villa is a BBQ and coals are provided.
