Well the slow season is upon us. Whales have gone, tourists are few, cruise ships are done and most of the yachties have left. HOWEVER...... We have the Tonga National Fishing tournament coming up November 28th through December 7th. 3 Days of fishing, Nov. 28, Dec. 5, and Dec 7th. If you'd like to fish this tournament as part of the Vava'u Sport Fishing Club, just let us know. This is a tournament against the Nukualofa Fishing Club.

There are also plenty of other things to do here in Vava'u year round. The diving is spectacular, sailing charters are available, of course Kart Tours. Contact us and we'll make sure you have a ton of fun.

Unable to secure Wilson, we were more than happy to have Gilbert join us on a tour yesterday. Prior to his tour, Gilbert also was lost at sea for a short time, but fortunately Lanakai II rescued him.
