🏖Probably one of the best locations on a hillside on the outskirts of the town of Bodrum that gives amazing privacy, unparalleled solitude with a stunning view, but is still a 15 minutes drive to the center of Bodrum, 25 minutes drive to Yalıkavak, 20 minutes drive to Gümüşlük, popular bays around the peninsula.
🏝Clean, spacious, great terraces for sunsets and moon rises, outdoor events, activities, parties house, the perfect and unique serenity is assured coming back home.
🏡The villa is actually made up of three separate units with 5 bedrooms.
🏡One unit is the master bedroom and the living room together opening to a wooden deck-terrace with a breathtaking view, the second one is the kitchen opening to a separate terrace and again the same view along with two bedrooms.
🏡The third unit is the lower level of this one with two bedrooms opening to the pool area and again with an amazing wiew.
⛲The pool is 50 sq. meters (12.5x4) and great for laps. It is a very cozy, glat and simply designed villa perfect for families and groups.
🏞It also has a big working brick owen in the garden, available for guests’ use.
🏞The garden is huge and full of trees and plants of all sorts unique to the region which adds to the feeling of calm and solitude..
🏡It's anchored on the spectacular bay of Yahşi and has breathtaking views far reaching to the islands and bays on the Bodrum coast.
🍽It is in a couple of minutes drive to the most pristine water beaches and to taverns and cafes as well as countless super and mid size markets within walking distance or 5-7 minutes drive down the hill.
🌉Although our villa is completely detached, since it is on the hill, in the silence of the night, music spreads to the whole surrounding area and can disturb the sleeping houses.
