R&R is designed for ladies who want to de-stress, improve their shape, be pushed in a training session, learn about the right nutrition and take a break from a city lifestyle which takes its toll on the most important thing in your life...YOU! In order to ensure you de-stress, the retreat
is based at the private luxury villa, Blue Manzara, based in the village of Kalkan, Turkey (www.bluemanzara.com). The retreat also comes with its very own onsite Personal Trainer, Retreat Manager and Massage and Bodywork Therapist to relieve all yoru aches and pains. Based on groups of eight the R&R Team are able to look after both you and your personal needs with more care and attention than some other larger group retreats. A Sample Retreat:

Arrival from airport and Champagne welcome reception at the Villa (make the most of it...after this it is an alcohol free retreat!)
Day 1 / Sunday
- Morning: Meditation and Stretches to Wake the Body / Weigh in (for those who wish it) / Measurements & Personal Goal Setting / Zumba
- Late afternoon: Strength & Conditioning / Walk or Hike finishing with a Turkish Bath (Hamam)
- Evening: Nutrition Seminar
Day 2 / Monday
- Morning: Meditation and Stretches to Wake the Body / Cardio / Strength & Conditioning
- Mid morning to Early Evening: Saklikent Gorge Hike & River Rafting
Day 3 / Tuesday
- Morning: Meditation and Stretches to Wake the Body
- Mid Morning - Late Afternoon: Patara Beach for Relaxation & Beach Training
- Evening: Zumba
Day 4 / Wednesday
- Morning: Meditation and Stretches to Wake the Body / Cardio / Strength & Conditioning
- Late Afternoon / Early Evening: WOD / Zumba
Day 5 / Thursday
- Morning: Meditation and Stretches to Wake the Body / Cardio / Strength & Conditioning
- Mid Morning - Early Evening: Private Gulet Boat Cruise round the Turquoise Coast
- Early Evening: WOD / Zumba
Day 6 / Friday
- Morning: Meditation and Stretches to Wake the Body / Cardio / Strength & Conditioning
- Late Afternoon / Early Evening: WOD / Zumba
Day 7 / Saturday
- Morning: Meditation and Stretches to Wake the Body / Weigh In & Measurements
- Mid Morning: Last Chance Training Session (Final WOD)

- Early Evening: Depart for airport
