ardens and terrace. The spacious air conditioned sitting room is on the first floor, with balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay. With three sofas and an arm chair there is seating for nine and DVD and CD players are provided with a selection of DVDs and CDs and there is a selection of games and a library with over 100 books. Also on the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with an extensive range of units, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer and chilled/hot water dispenser. There is a dining area and a balcony overlooking the garden, pool and the sea with steps down to the patio where there is an additional eating area, ideal for lunch time. The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom again with a super king sized bed, dressing room and bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower with two balconies overlooking the bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds and ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden, pool and the sea. You might like to enjoy a BBQ on the third floor roof terrace where dining is magical as the sun sets and the stars come out over the Bay, mountains and the town. There is also an attic style room with a sink, washing machine and fridge to keep your food and drink cool when on the roof terrace. The villa is surrounded by large private gardens containing a private swimming pool, 32 sq. and a whirlpool bath, 4 sq m with 13 hydro air massage jets and terraces with sofas, tables, chairs, sun beds and umbrellas so you can relax, swim, sunbathe, dine and entertain. Outside lighting on the terraces and in the pool transform Kulenin Evi at night making the setting perfect for pre dinner drinks or evening swimming. However location makes Kulenin Evi extra special, it is 200m from Kalkan beach and 150m from the main street in the village enabling you to enjoy the shops and restaurants with ease.

Rental Licence Application

Just to let everyone know that Kulenin Evi has already applied
for a rental licence and our Application Number is 156973.

It's taking a little while for the actual licence to come through but once the application is in you can stay at Kulenin Evi - no problem.

We still have AVAILABILITY for the SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS and a SPECIAL OFFER FOR THE MAY half term at our 4 bedroom, Old Town Villa with private pool. The villa ideally positioned actually in Kalkan Old Town, only 200 metres from the sea and even closer to the main street.
The private swimming pool is set in the unusually large garden which has five separate terraces accommodating sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs and sofas to enjoy relaxing with a book, the shade under the vines, lunch by the pool, lying in the sun or if you are feeling energetic, a game of table tennis. The 4 sq.m. whirlpool bath next to the pool with 13 hydro air jets is a touch of luxury to enjoy. In the evening you can retire to the sixth terrace on the roof with a glass of wine and, surrounded by bouganvillea, you can enjoy the amazing views.
