This is a luxury villa, lovingly built in 2020 to a high specification, with everything you could ask for to enjoy the perfect break. Set high above Kas, with breathtaking panoramic sea views of Meis.

Boasting 5 beautiful en-suite bedrooms, large infinity pool, hot tub, gym, cinema, roof terrace with bar. Villa Libra really is the perfect retreat.

The villa has been designed with a large contemporary entertaining space, with modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Stylishly furnished throughout, it oozes that luxurious feel. Full of light and stunning views, making this a piece of paradise. Sliding doors open onto a luxury terrace area, featuring two family size day beds, additional sun loungers, shade and seating areas. All of which surround the very inviting infinity pool, ensuring you can make the most of your stay. Alternatively, take a dip and watch the sun go down, whilst relaxing in the warmth of the hot tub.

Complete with dining table, bbq, it makes the perfect location for a bit of alfresco dining.

Villa Libra has beautifully landscaped gardens, with many trees for you to sample all your favourite fruits and herbs.

Guest may also like to take advantage of the gym, comprising of running machine, bike, weights, benches, punch bag and yoga/pilates equipment or you may prefer to relax with a movie in the cinema.

The roof terrace is fitted with kitchenette, bar, pool table and large spacious seating area, perfect to relax the night away with friends or to grab a few cocktails before heading into Kas to sample some of the local cuisine, shops and nightlife.

There will be a dedicated host available 24/7. They can help with anything you need from groceries to organizing trips.

Kas is a sensational place. Most villas as ours are located outside the centre either on the peninsula or in the hills behind the town. Ours is in the hills approx. 10 minutes from town. We would recommend a car, there are lots of places to visit in the area and driving is easy and the roads are never busy. We have Taxi's on hand with English speaking drivers that can be at your disposal throughout your stay as required.

Once in Kas, on the main D400 there is a turning signposted Yenikoy. Follow this road for 5km, take a left at the top of the road, past Doga Park and the Mosque. Take a right just after the Mosque and follow the Villa Libra signs. As you near the villa the roads become tracks so although it is accessible by Porsche ( and has been ) etc. something with clearance is recommended.

YOUR VERY OWN PRIVATE PARADISE!
Villa Libra is situated in the hills just behind Kas, there are a handful of villas on the hillside and as such it is not overlooked and is very private.

It's a 10 minute drive from Kas, where you will find fantastic shops, restaurants and bars.

We would recommend a car while you are here, there are lots of places to visit in the area and the roads are never busy. We can help with the hire car, and if you prefer not to drive from the airport we can organize private transfers on request.
