A gulet cruise around Kaş, Aperlai, Uçagiz, the sunken city of Kekova and Kaş offers the perfect combination of relaxed cruising in and around sheltered coves and bays, spiced with adventure. You will have the option to get closer to the coastline and see the ruins close-up in sea kayaks. Add to this the wealth of diving in the area, the option to try a tandem paraglide above Kaş, or just a chance to laze the days away sunning yourself between swims to caves from the boat. All that you need in a holiday and more!
Day 1
Kaş, Çoban Beach, Ufakdere Cove
Leaving Kaş behind with the sea breeze in our hair, we begin by cruising along the coast past the Five Islands, to the isolated pebbly Çoban beach with beautiful turquoise waters for swimming. Your first taste of the charms of this historical and stunningly beautiful coastline. We’ll continue to Ufakdere Cove for the night.
Day 2
Kekova, Simena, Gökkaya
This morning we start off with an optional excursion, sea kayaking over to sunken city of Kekova. As diving and swimming is prohibited around this ancient site, the options of exploring this pretty area on foot or relaxing on the boat. In the afternoon we carry on to the small village of Kaleköy where you can explore the hilltop Simena castle and take in the breath-taking panoramic views. After lunch we cruise over to Gökkaya Bay, our anchorage for the night. If you’d like to end the night with a drink in hand there is the option of going to the Smugglers Inn, a bar which is only accessible by boat.
Day 3
Aperlai
After a relaxed Mediterranean breakfast we’ll sail to some small islands nearby for a spot of lunch and a swim. Sailing on under the warm afternoon sun we’ll make our way to the ancient town of Aperlai, previously an important town in the Lycian Confederation which has ancient ruins spreading down the hill from the acropolis to the sea. This is the only sunken city in the area where swimming and snorkelling are still allowed. In the evening there is an optional walk on a stretch of the Lycian Way, a waymarked path 500km long located along the south western coast of Turkey. Overnight at Aperlai.
Day 4
Kas,
On our way to Kas, we pass by beautiful turquoise coast and carry on cruising along the coastline towards Kas. We stop at Inonu cove for lunch, a beautiful bay with an excellent tiny sandy beach,afternoon heading ti Kirlangic island for last excellent snorkelling over the lots of fish and underwater,
In the late afternoon we’ll start heading to the Kaş habour .
Where you have the option of visiting Shops,restaurants,bars in Kas, than transfer back to home.
