Away from the crowds and city noise of Marmaris, it is located in the greenery of Değirmenyanı, which is connected to Hisarönü, the first settlement, on the 16th km of the Marmaris-Datça/Bozburun road. Due to its location, it is in the middle of the frequently visited touristic places of Marmaris. The nearest sea is Hisarönü Bay, 6 km (8 min) away. BİM, A101, ŞOK, Tekel, Mosque, Fırın, BP are within 1 km distance. It has a 100m² house area and 40m² wooden veranda use in a 450m² land. It was completed in July 2021. The pool area is not visible from the surroundings. It is 3x6 and the standard depth is 1.40cm. There is a leak-proof liner coating. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms-toilets. Open kitchen large living room. Suitable for 4 adults (+ 2 children) 6 people. Air conditioning in the living room, Air conditioning in the bedrooms, Washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, Iron and ironing board, Dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave, stovetop, electric tea maker, coffee maker, all kitchen utensils, 100'' Android Projection, Internet, Security camera (Garden)-(optional), 24-hour hot water (Thermosiphon), Parking area for 2 vehicles, Double bed in one bedroom, can be used as a double bed in the other bedroom or as a single bed, The L-shaped sofa in the living room for children can be used as two separate beds. We also have 1 90x190 foldable floor bed for our guests who want it. All windows are reflective glass and do not show the inside during the day. There are blackout curtains in all rooms. There are mosquito nets on all doors and windows.

Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are done daily. (At a time determined according to the availability of our guests).

No extra charge is requested for electricity and water usage.

Check-in/Check-out Times Guest check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00.
