Demir & Deniz Villas

Villa Deniz and Villa Demir are 2 private, 4 bedroom villas (sleeping up to 10 people in each villa) currently being built on the riverside on the Çandir side of Dalyan. Almost directly opposite the Dalyan resort with Kaunos, the rock tombs and Çandırs natural mud baths & hot springs as your back garden! Being on the riverside you will have access to your own row boat should you enjoy taking yourself across the river – for those who are not keen can take the ferryboat on foot, on one of the complimentary bikes or by car. For those rolling home after hours will have access to a 24/7 foot boat to bring you home to your doorstep!

You can book both villas together as a group booking, sleeping up to 20 people. Please email for discounts available.

The villa design will be the same in both but the decor inside may differ very slightly… Downstairs there will be an open plan kitchen / lounge that looks directly out onto the river. There will be air-conditioning, comfy sofas, indoor dining furniture, flat screen TV with an Amazon USB where you can access UK TV including BBC, ITV, Netflixs*, Prime* plus more and a DVD player. The kitchen will have an oven / hob, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything needed for home catering. Downstairs 3 bedrooms all with air-conditioning, Juliet style balconies and ensuite bathrooms. There will be a further family bathroom / utility room. Upstairs will be 1 large family suite bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 – King bed & ensuite Bedroom 2 – King bed & ensuite Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds & ensuite Bedroom 4 – 1 King bed, 2 single beds & ensuite
