Spacious 4 Bedroom villa for Holiday Rental situated in the Village of Ovacik, just 5 minutes from Oludeniz Beach and 10 minutes from Fethiye Town. The Villa comfortably sleeps 8 people with additional sleeping possible in the downstairs lounge area.

The villa has 1 Double en-suite bedroom, family bathroom to 2 further bedrooms then on the lower floor is another double bedroom, family bathroom and 2nd Lounge/kitchen. At the entry level is a spacious lounge/dining area and modern well equipped kitchen.

Outside there is a private swimming pool with steps, private walled garden and plenty area for sunbathing ad outside dining.

There is a covered driveway outside and also a Taxi Call button. The villa is situated 500m from the local market and within 750m of local restaurants. Hisaronu Town is under 30 minutes walk away and there is a dolmus (mini bus) stop 500m away hıgh season or 750m away low season. The property is located up a hill but Taxis are a cheap way to get around this area.

There is a free pick up service to Oludeniz Lagoon beach from the Hotel next door.
