Besiktas Group as a third generation shipping company is highly experienced and credited member of shipping industry that operates in ship owning and management, ship building and repair in the global area. The ship management experience of Beşiktaş Group dates back to the 1960's and today Besiktas Shipping operates as the main owner of 19 ships of chemical, gas, crude oil, bulkers and containers

and manages 22 ships at total. And it continues to strength its long established relations with oil major companies and first class charterers. With its global experience and knowhow in shipping industry, Beşiktaş Group has concentrated to build high value ships since 1999. And on 2007, it has established Besiktas Shipyard in Yalova, as one of the best ship building and ship repair yards of Turkey. And today with annually 180 ship repairs and dockings, Besiktas Shipyard is the leader ship repair yard of Europe and the 8th most active ship repair yard of the world. As the potential in ship repairing increase in Turkey, Besiktas Group decided to enlarge its shipyard network with new investments. And on April 2019, Art Shipyard is established at the heart of industry, in Tuzla bay, which is the traditional ship repair hub of Turkey.
