C A S H E W S.... A lot of persons don't realise that cashews are a "dual fruit" the top part is called the 'apple' and the bottom the familiar nut we know. An acquired taste the fruit is, but a really ripe one is juicy, sweet and brackish all at once 😁. We had a really nice crop this year at The Elijah Nook Matura.
