👋 I know I need to post more of what I'm up to and this definitely something to share:
S A L M O N G R A V A D L A X !!!
This is my rainbow rendition of a Norweigian classic! It's salmon fillet cured in salt and sugar. The curing process cooks the salmon flesh, resulting in a delicately firm, slightly sweet but reassuringly salted slice of heavennnnnn 🤤.

Many have asked for cooking classes in group settings and so we are now ready to say, YES! We are currently signing up for the next 2 months. Classes will be held in POS on Saturdays for our 4-week course and Tuesdays or Thursdays for the one off classes. Group sizes up to 4 persons.
Come learn from an experienced, Michelin-trained chef. You will:

🍖 lamb merguez is a spicy herbaceous Arabic take on a lamb sausage that never disappoints
And the star, salmon gravadlax, a Norweigian delicacy where the fish is cooked by curing in sugar, salt and in our case, beetroot puree.
